Recent Accolades:

Bravo for your outstanding olive oil. We have tremendously enjoyed the flavor, color and oil all around. In Tuscany, you would be top of the list! It features that typical Tuscan bite Italians adore and the chemical analysis indicates a perfect score.
— Owner, Large Olive Farm in Tuscany, Italy

You have a handle on how to produce good olives and the mill is enhancing the oil quality with their milling process.

SILVERWOOD RANCH OLIVE OIL

Silverwood Ranch Olive Oil comes from a blend of Tuscan olive cultivars — including Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccino and Maurino — planted in 2005. These trees are planted on SouthWest facing slopes, at an elevation of over 2,000 feet and within hours of being hand-harvested are pressed at the nearby mill at Olivino in Hopland, California.
